Based in Midlands Modus Training Services was established in 2015 to provide high quality vocational skills training to the logistics and transport industries nationwide.

We strive to provide our customers with the highest standards of training to the meet industry needs and aim to exceed customer expectations.

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a system for measuring and improving our performance.

We have developed systems and procedures to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:

• by regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
• establishing a customer complaints procedure
• by selecting and monitoring the performance of suppliers against set criteria
• by continually developing and training members
• by conducting regular audits of our internal processes
• by setting measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
• with regular reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints

Although the Proprietor has ultimate responsibility for quality, any subcontactors / employees have responsibilities within their own work to help ensure quality is embedded within the whole of the organisation.

Modus Training Services maintain consistent and robust systems to ensure the delivery of high quality training for candidates. We aim to continually review and assess our performance to improve the quality of training we offer.

Our courses are monitored and audited by neutral external bodies to help us maintain high standards without bias.

If any deficiencies are identified in our training courses or services we aim to rectify the issues as soon as possible.


Customer/Learner feedback, both positive and negative is important to us.

Please contact us by email, letter, phone, or in person with any feedback you may have.

If you feel you have a complaint, then please speak to us in the first instance, and we will endeavour to rectify the matter.

If you would like to make a formal complaint, then please do this in writing, and we will aim to respond as soon as possible.
