Terms & Conditions

Payment in full shall be made prior to the course commencement or net monthly by special arrangement in advance.

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash, Debit / Credit Card.

Cheques are no longer accepted as a method of payment.

Modus Training Services reserves the right to amend courses or fees without notice.

Bookings made prior to any changes will be honoured.

Cancellations:                                                                             

All reservations made by telephone, email, post or fax are accepted as firm bookings. 

Cancellation of bookings given less than seven working days notice prior to the course commencement will be subject to payment in full.

Modus Training Services reserve the right not to offer any refunds except where a course is cancelled with at least seven working days prior to the start date by written notice.

Modus Training Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will ensure customers are notified at the first available opportunity.

Medical Requirements:                                                                               

It is essential that all applicants are physically and mentally fit to attend the course and comply with the requirements of HSG6.

Where applicable any person/s attending a course must comply with PPE Regulations 1998 and provide their own suitable and properly maintained PPE.

Course Durations:
Joining instructions will be sent by the way of a confirmation letter together with an invoice for the course.

Good time keeping is essential throughout the course.

Course fees may be lost if any candidate is absent or excluded through lateness.

We can not be held liable for accidents caused by our customer's breach of current Health and Safety Legislation.
